Beautiful modern rooms with all amenities. Exceptional staff who went above and beyond for our anniversary celebration. Unique and characterful building. Impeccably clean rooms with lovely touches. Great location for an exclusive getaway.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. the hotel had a great ambience and a fantastic main bar/restaurant. Plus, the location was superb, being centrally located and close to the main shopping area.

The car park was ridiculously expensive, charging a whopping £40 per night. It felt like a money-making opportunity rather than a service.

Our stay here was pleasant, handy base for exploring Manchester. The restaurant here was beautiful for breakfast and dinner, we both ordered delicious dishes. The staff members were all caring and attentive. The location was incredible, at a short distance from a neo-gothic library. A wide range of food options next to the venue.

Everything great.

The property is fairly clean with a stunning design, and the full English breakfast is enjoyable. The location is ideal, 10 minutes' walk to a large museum. There is a great restaurant within short walking distance of hotel;))

Everything was very clean and spotless, I loved staff and drinks.

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The staff greeted us warmly and were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including a lovely selection of teas and coffees. The location was ideal, right in the city center and within walking distance to all the shops, bars, and restaurants. The breakfast was fantastic, with lots of choices and delicious food. We even had a gorgeous view from our room of the bustling city streets.

There was some loud building work happening outside our room during the night, which made it difficult for me to sleep. But the hotel offered to switch our room, so they tried to resolve the issue as best as they could.

From the moment we arrived, we were offered a glass of champagne and greeted by friendly staff. the beauty treatments and manicures were just what we needed while the leisure room provided the perfect entertainment. the private facilities and room advantages were the definition of luxury. the restaurant and snack bar offered amazing tastes with special diet menus. the location advantages were exceptional.

The only minor issue that we experienced was a bit of a wait for our meals at the restaurant. the professional and friendly staff more than made up for it with their excellent service and attention to detail.

The interiors of this hotel are absolutely luxurious, offering exclusive amenities and services that make it a truly opulent stay. the front of house representative, Erick, exceeded all expectations with his outstanding service, making us feel special and welcome throughout our stay. the complimentary toiletries in the beautiful and opulent room were a wonderful addition, giving us an even greater feeling of luxury.

Although the staff were great and the service overall was exceptional, we expected to enjoy a completely uninterrupted night's sleep.

The front door staff at Stock Exchange were extremely helpful, providing exceptional valet parking and baggage service. We were warmly welcomed into the lounge with champagne while our check-in was arranged. The hotel's stunning architecture and beautiful Christmas decorations made our stay even more delightful. The bar, restaurant, and rooms were all breathtaking, combining modern amenities with exquisite original features. The location was perfect, quiet yet close to the main street. I highly recommend this boutique hotel.
